1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on okfan, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any aspect of the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, understand their implications, and consent to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the okfan Platform and refrain from registering an account.

okfan reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of okfan services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

All real-money gaming services offered by okfan are strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. okfan reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your age. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

The okfan Platform is designed exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. You represent that you are a legal resident of the Philippines and are accessing okfan services from within Philippine territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of okfan complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws in your jurisdiction.

Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is strictly forbidden. okfan employs geolocation verification technology and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

By registering an account, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You further represent that you are not subject to any legal disability, prohibition, or restriction that would prevent you from lawfully using online gaming services. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gaming activities, either through okfan or any other gaming platform, are prohibited from creating or using an okfan account during the period of exclusion.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on okfan, you must register a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update your account details if any information changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the okfan Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. This restriction is enforced to prevent bonus abuse, money laundering, and violations of responsible gaming limits.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okfan account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

You must immediately notify okfan customer support if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, any security breach, or any loss or theft of your login credentials. okfan is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, okfan reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, UMID, or Philippine national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and photographic verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Methods

okfan accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) only. Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, online banking transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, and cash deposits via 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as published on the Platform and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallet services (GCash, Maya) are typically credited to your okfan wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers and over-the-counter deposits may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the financial institution's processing times. okfan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with a standard minimum of ₱100 for most e-wallet and bank transfer methods. You may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits as part of responsible gaming controls accessible from your account dashboard. Once set, deposit limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Deposit limit decreases take effect immediately.

4.4 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your okfan account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. okfan operates under strict AML compliance standards and reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds. Accounts suspected of money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawal requests can be submitted via your account dashboard. okfan processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. For security reasons, withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts are processed within 2–6 hours during banking hours; InstaPay transfers are processed within 1–2 hours. okfan reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times to up to 72 hours in exceptional cases.

5.3 Withdrawal Verification

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 require completion of KYC verification. You must submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address before your withdrawal request can be processed. Accounts with incomplete verification will have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is complete.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

okfan does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond okfan's control and will be deducted from your withdrawal amount by the payment provider.

6. Gaming Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All games offered on the okfan Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer results to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. You agree to play all games fairly and in accordance with their published rules. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems (bo ts), or engage in collusion with other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okfan Platform:

• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or circumvent geographic restrictions
• Employing automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to place bets or play games
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any form of coordinated play with other users
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from okfan software
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in chargeback fraud
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or okfan staff members
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, abuse bonuses, or evade suspension

6.3 Game Interruptions

In the event of game disconnection, software malfunction, or server downtime, okfan will make reasonable efforts to restore your session and preserve in-progress bets. Completed game rounds prior to disconnection will stand. Incomplete rounds will be voided and stakes refunded to your account balance. okfan is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

okfan may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published alongside each promotional offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all deposit bonuses and free play credits are subject to a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before withdrawal. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱12,500 in cumulative bets before the bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, table games contribute 10%, and live dealer games contribute 20% unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

okfan operates a strict anti-bonus abuse policy. Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, systematically exploiting promotional offers through low-risk betting patterns, or any other behavior deemed abusive by okfan management will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses, associated winnings, and potential account closure. Bonus decisions made by okfan management are final.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While okfan strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, server downtime, or circumstances beyond our control. okfan is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9.2 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, okfan's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim. okfan is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9.3 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that losses are possible. You agree to gamble responsibly and only wager amounts you can afford to lose. okfan is not responsible for gambling-related financial hardship, addiction, or personal consequences resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Account Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your okfan account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10.2 okfan's Right to Terminate

okfan reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Your account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• PAGCOR or regulatory authorities require your account closure
• okfan ceases operations in your jurisdiction

Upon termination for violation of these Terms, okfan reserves the right to forfeit your account balance, void pending bets, and withhold any winnings. Decisions regarding account termination are at okfan's sole discretion and are final.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the okfan Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
